The Tacet Mode is pseudonym for musician and songwriter Brian Connolly. With his debut 2026 LP Not How You Color, Connolly steps out from the shadows of technical training into his own compositions. Fusing sonic textures and a wide range of influence otherwise unheard in the same space, Not How You Color weaves a tight fabric— one that tells of one soul’s journey toward itself.
